About Me

Bio:

Hello! My name is Alex Chamberlain. I am just one of the many great social studies teachers here at Copper Mountain Middle School. I graduated from Utah State University in 2012 and started my teaching career in 2013. My first job was at San Juan High School in Blanding, UT where I taught Reading and US History. From there, I took my second job at Summit High School in Alpine School District working with "at-risk" students in a youth-in-custody program. In 2015 I was hired to work as a social studies teacher at Copper Mountain Middle School teaching 7th grade Utah Studies and 9th grade World Geography. I am also working toward earning my Master's Degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Denver.
